At Diemer SL we offer you our Official Technical Service for the maintenance and repair of your device in poor condition. OUR TECHNICAL SERVICE INCLUDES: Preventive maintenance Corrective maintenance Recomposition of batteries Cleaning and disinfection of units Replacement of original parts Updating of software, firmware, etc. We do everything under the physical parameters of humidity, temperature and atmospheric pressure established by the factory. We have two maintenance options: IN SITU: Our staff travels to your facilities to carry out the work. EX SITU: The equipment is collected and sent to our laboratory, where The necessary visual and physical inspections are carried out to readjust your device. Once the required work has been completed, the product is returned to your facilities by a transport agency. together with the Certificate, being able in case of need to provide you with courtesy equipment, thus avoiding being exposed in case of an Emergency. WE HELP YOU Once this service has been carried out, an Official Certificate is issued that guarantees the functionality of your equipment. This Certificate is suitable for presenting at any inspection, correcting possible functionality failures, outdated and expiration dates, thus resolving possible incidents with insurance coverage, civil liability or warranty losses.
